Sometimes you will be unable to clock in if:
- You are too far away from the venue
- You do not have any signal
- You have no battery
This is not a problem, try refreshing the Ubeya app to see if this helps if you are within range and have signal.
You need to ensure you sign in at the venue via a paper timesheet or sign in book. A picture must be taken once the manager has signed this, so you have a record of your hours. If you are having consistent problems with the app then, please give our office a call on 0333 9969495.
