When you first work a shift with MINT you will be automatically enrolled in the pension scheme which is called Options. You will receive an auto enrolment email following this you will need to contact us within 30 days should you wish to opt out. Following this we will send you an opt out form which you will need to fill in and send us back. Once its all filled out correctly you will receive any refund the following Friday. If you opt out after 30 days you will unfortunately not receive any refund from any contributions that has been automatically deducted from you.
I have been added into a pension scheme but I wish to be opted out. How do I do this?
