Payslips are sent from our payroll system and are emailed to you. The email address they will come from is payslips@brightpay.co.uk. They are sent on or before pay day.

Have you checked the correct email? We use the email you signed up with when you joined Mint People which is on your Ubeya account.
Have you checked your junk mail?
Your password will be your National Insurance number that is inputted in Ubeya. Please ensure this is correct. If its incorrect on your Ubeya account you will need to contact the Payroll Department to advise them of this and update this on your Ubeya account.
