If you believe you have been paid incorrectly, you can send an email to pay@mint-people.co.uk in full detail of where you believe you are missing pay. For example, Shift location, Dates worked, Hours worked and the hours you have been paid for. If you don’t have a timesheet, we can always open a query with the client. This sometimes takes a couple of weeks to be resolved, so please bear with us whilst we work on having your hours confirmed.
