If you are unable to attend a shift then you need to let us know with as much notice as possible. This is so we can cover it with someone else instead.
If you fall ill on the day then you MUST phone us on 0333 996 9495 so we can arrange alternate cover.
Confirming a shift via the Ubeya app and then just not showing up is totally unacceptable – and will lead to you being removed from the system.
Failing to confirm your shift on the day does not count as a cancellation, you need to let us know if you cannot attend so we can replace you.
If you fail to show to your shift or do not inform us you cannot attend with less than 24 hours notice – this will be marked on your profile as a ‘failed to show’.
If you receive 3 of these, we will remove you from the system and no longer offer you work.
