We never want any of our valued team members to have a bad experience on shift, but should this happen your feedback is imperative. If there is a MINT representative on site, always try and speak to them, as they will be able to help.
If a member of the team is not present, then please make sure you keep note of exactly what happened and then get in touch with us however you feel comfortable – this could be calling, email or text message. We are always here to help and will always take the time to listen to feedback and act upon it.
