Exciting times lay ahead for you! So do not panic! Everyone was new at some point, and your fellow MINT colleagues will help you feel right at home. There are some steps you can take to prepare:
1. Make sure you know where you are going, ensure you know the check in / meetpoint is.
2. Have you researched the travel and how you are getting to the shift? Do you know the route and what trains/busses you need to get?
3. Is your uniform washed, ironed and ready?
4. When you reach the venue, however nervous, do not forget to SMILE! First impressions are everything.
